Mr. Graham Richard Hull

Director, Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station (NCTS) Far East Detachment Atsugi, Japan

19 September 2023 Graham Richard Hull was born in Washington State, and graduated from Rice University in Houston, Texas, with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
 
Mr. Hull commissioned as a Cryptology Officer via OCS in September 2004.  He served at NSA Information Assurance Red Team at NIOC Maryland, deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom as a Battalion Electronic Warfare Officer, and served as USS Chung-Hoon (DDG 93) Signals Warfare Officer.
 
Following his transfer to Yokosuka in 2010, Mr. Hull served on COMSEVENTHFLT staff as an Information Operations Planner and at NIOC Yokosuka as Direct Support Officer and Acting Operations Officer.
 
Mr. Hull separated from the Navy in March 2016 and assumed his current duties as Director, LNSC Atsugi, in May 2016.
